1. Introduction

Welcome to OutdoorAdShop ("we", "us", "our"), a service operated by Riyo Advertising Pvt. Ltd. ("Riyo Advertising"), a brand specializing in outdoor advertising solutions across India. By accessing or using our website at outdoor-advertising-agency.shop or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

OutdoorAdShop provides outdoor advertising services including, but not limited to: planning and booking of hoardings, bus shelter panels, metro media, gantries, airport media, and mall advertising across Indian cities. All services are subject to site availability and applicable municipal/government regulations at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

• All campaign bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed work order and advance payment as agreed.
• Rates quoted are valid for the period specified in the proposal and are subject to change thereafter.
• Cancellation after booking confirmation may attract cancellation charges as communicated in the work order.
• All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) to Riyo Advertising Pvt. Ltd.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that all advertising creatives and content submitted for display comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Cable Television Networks Rules, ASCI guidelines, and any local body regulations. OutdoorAdShop reserves the right to refuse or remove any content deemed offensive, unlawful, or non-compliant.

5. Creative & Printing

Where OutdoorAdShop provides creative adaptation or printing services, the client agrees to review and approve all materials before production. OutdoorAdShop shall not be liable for errors after client approval. Print materials remain the property of OutdoorAdShop unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability Limitation

OutdoorAdShop and Riyo Advertising Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss of campaign display time resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or acts of God. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide make-good options where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, is the property of OutdoorAdShop / Riyo Advertising Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
